Our Normal to Oily Hair Shampoo contains several key ingredients, including ginseng extract, which helps purify the scalp. It also contains malachite extract, a blue colorant with purifying properties, and rosehip fruit extract, which helps remove excess sebum.

How were the sebumetry tests conducted?

The sebumetry test was conducted on 31 volunteers over 28 days, with the shampoo applied three times per week on a daily basis. This test measures the amount of sebum on the surface of the scalp at Day 0 and Day 28. It is a photometric method. A synthetic strip, which becomes transparent upon contact with absorbed lipids, is applied to the measurement area for exactly 30 seconds. Its transparency increases proportionally to the amount of sebum in the hydrolipidic film it comes into contact with. A reflectometry recording then quantifies the increase in transmitted light and determines the total mass of lipids excreted per unit area (in μg/cm²). After one month of use, the shampoo leads to a significant 28% reduction in sebum levels across all subjects.
